I was previously with StateFarm before switching to Jung Insurance Agency. Kevin Jung switched our family to Erie Insurance, which saved us a great deal of money. He also got us on a rate lock for my teenaged drivers which gave us great peace of mind. Kevin has always been professional and very responsive. I just bought my son a newer vehicle and called Kevin on a Saturday. He was at the grocery at the time of my call, but within 30 minutes, he was able to get our new car insured so the dealership would let us leave with it. I highly recommend Jung Insurance for anyone looking to insure their home and/or vehicles.

Biased review as I am a customer. They really helped me out with the hassles for filing an auto and home claim. I know very few people who actually have personal interactions with their agents, many cannot even tell me who their actual agent is.. that personal service is important to me.

Kevin is very helpful to any questions I had. He got better quotes for my condo so I referred my husband to him and he got way better deal than what he had been paying. I think Erie is a better company than what I was with also.
