They will go extra miles for you. I often ask some simple questions if not dumb regarding my vehicle insurance and policy, and Kevin always responds very quickly with good details. They are honest about my policies and rates, including impacts of the changes I want. They will explain you all the details you need to know. They respect what I would like to with the insurance and never press me to make a choice I don't want. I have been a Progressive member for more than 10 years, but it was only 6 years ago since I started working with Jung Insurance. I am glad I found them. Recently I bought a car, and another insurance agent wanted me to switch to them, and I declined it because the rate I have with Jung Agency is so low even with full coverage, and no other insurance company can compete. I definitely recommend Jung Agency.
